Telstra "technical department" scam call, just hang up. They will try to convince you your computer is downloading illegal viruses. It is NOT. Telstra does not even have a "technical department", it is unusual that only these digits show. If you try to hassle them too much, they will put your number on automatic redial, so just hang up.
