Claiming to be James Lougher with UNITED STATES FEDERAL GRANT DEPARTMENT IN WASHINGTON DC. (Tip ONE: Cannot speak English clearly) When I told him he's essentially a scam caller he became "Extremely vulgar" which of course verified my suspicions.commented by
