Strange one with this odd curtailed tel no. - picked it up it whirred a bit then an automated voice said "goodbye"

This number came up on my phone. I answered it and spoke to a guy with Asian accent. He purported to be talktalk telling me that I had problems with my computer and wanted me to log on. I asked him for his telephone number and he told me 02032870476. Guessing that the phone call was a hoax I told him to ....... off. Iater rang the number. Engaged first time. Then answer message me telling me the extension was engaged and to leave a message. Don't go there....
