Indian scammer who claimed himself as Bala from JB and request money from you especially when you withdraw money from atm. Met this guy at CIMB atm HQ KL. Request for money to claim his new I/c as lost his i/c for 3 times. Asked me to borrow him RM300 and will bank in back within 2 hours with snap photo of him and his police report statement.The next day try to call him and his h/p switched off. Please be careful when you met this person with this number.
