002445 (East-Indian man - Unknown)

I just recieved a phone call from the phone number (this is the full number): 002445. I picked up and a man with an East-Indian accent asked for me. I told him I wasn't home, but asked if he'd like to leave a message. He said no, he wanted to talk to me when I got home. I then asked what was this about and he said "it's a warning call" then hung up. I immediately *57'd the call. (*57 puts a trace on the call via the Sasktel telephone company). I won't answer it next time. Does anyone know what/who this number is from?
