Got a call from +91 11 49216550 and informed that she is calling from ICICI Bank. She was saying a new credit card is being sent with Photo. The next question from her was if a i am using Visa or Master card for which i said you should be knowing that and why are you asking me. Then i also asked if she was really calling from ICICI Bank then she immediately disconnected the phone. I was trying to call back but i was not getting connected !

Got a call from +91 11 49216550 and informed that she is calling from ICICI Bank. She asks for the language which is comfortable. The next question from her was whether am I using the Visa or Master card, for which I mentioned her that, you should be knowing that and why are you asking me. Then she immediately given the phone to the other person, and he said, I am talking on behalf of Reserver Bank of India and we are upgrading your credit card. Finally, I know that, this is fraud call, and disconnected the phone.

I have received a call about the +91 11 49216550 and informed about Photo card Change and asked all information. Even though I denied, he asked all information over the card, and not to tell about Password and ATM Pin. He also mentioned that his senior will call in 10 minutes.
Soon I checked with ICICI and found no such activity and blocked the card. After some time I got a call from +91 921 2727559, in Tamil Male Voice and asked about credit limits. When I said some low value, we was mentioning about my payments, outstanding bill amount. I have asked for authentication, and he was telling about Account department in Delhi and Chennai Customer care will not know all the details. He finally cut the call.

Same problem, some guy call from the +91 11 4921 6550 number and asked if i am using HDFC last time and if i received the card, then i asked why would i received as I dont have one..then he disconnected..and today I got the call again where he said about ICICI card that is pending to be sent with the features like Photo card etc., and my current will expire soon...when i asked for more details from him on my card he could not explain and he disconnected murmuring that its waste calling ... Beware

One Guy called from this number, saying a new credit card is being sent with Photo and asking for Card Issue and expiry Date, Date of birth etc., Then he asked about the 16 digit card number. When I asked about call back number for verificaton - He disconnects the call.

One Guy called from this number, saying a new credit card is being sent with Photo and asking for Card Issue and expiry Date, Date of birth etc., Then he asked about the 16 digit card number. I verified with ICICI bank and then knew it was a fake call and soon I blocked the card and got it reissued.

A guy called from this number saying he is calling from citibank. He was saying that they have sent a new photo credit card and wanted to do some verification. I sensed that it's a fraud call as the call was from Delhi and he was speaking in Tamil. Usually CITIBANK folks start to speak in English/Hindi. I asked him to send an email for verification and then he disconnected the call. Please BEWARE Of fraud calls like this
