This was an automated call that said my account had been locked. They said they were Direct Express. To reopen my account I had to put in my 16 didgit account number. I hung up. I think it is a scam trying to get my credit information

I received an automated on call on 10/30/14 from this this number. It said there was a hold on my debit card and asked me to give them my card number. I hung up because I knew it was probably a scam. To make sure I called my my banks customer service and they said they don't make calls like that. I tried to call the number back cause I was furious, but it wouldn't go through.

Automated call from "Direct Express" stating my account was frozen and to press 1 to continue. I hung up.

I recieved a call from 46340 this morning at 5:22 a.m. !!! Where did they get my number? How do you call people from a five digit code like that, anyway? The only card I have is my college credit card. How would they know I even had that? What is Direct Express?

I received a call today at 5:04 EST stating that my account had been blocked and to enter a "1" to reactivate my account. I hung up and blocked the number.
