My Idea postpaid monthly bill is usually between Rs 200 to Rs 230 and this time i am charged with Rs 743 amount out of which they charged me Rs 378 for 42 mins for calling on number 055181 which i never did. Customer care is directly refusing to reverse this amount and blaming me for this call. Is the way of IDEA company to extract the money from customers????
The Cheapest way of dealing....Do hell with your IIN services....If i will not get the amount reversed i will disconnect my number and few of my other friends.

this no. is fraud no. Idea is charging like anything for this no. even if not called. after that they give you legal notice and ask to lokadalat for settlement. pls dont be afraid and dont do settlements. Go for consumer court.
