English speaking lady with a chineese accent warned me that my windows computer was hacked. Offered a technician to solve the problem

Yesterday, sept 23d 2014 I received a call from this number.
The person told me that my computer was hacked.
To make a long story short:
I was so stupid to believe them and gave them permission to enter my computer for investigation.
I had to pay 9 euro for their work to clean my computer.
For that reason they needed my credit card number.
After 2 hours I went suspicious and I stopped the connection.
After that I discovered that 198 euro were gone from my credit card.
With help of my banker I could stop the transaction which was made via Western Union Bank.
My banker told me that I had to get in touch with Western Union Bank within one hour after the transfer to have it blocked on time.
Otherwise I could whistle to my money.

English speacking lady call us today and say that our computer was hacked. It's of course a bullshit, don't trust them, and never paid for something you don't even know what is it especially on a phone call

i yust received also a call (10-01-2015) and it was a man asking me to go to the pc that uses microsoft he said that he workt there by the main quarters and that my pc is sending them files or errors but i fint it already suspicious why would a man from there call me while i live in netherlands. but luckely i was on a skype call whit my boyfriend, and he told me not to give or CONFIRM any information my boyfriend also thinks he had me on the phone long enough to gather enough info to gain access to my computer threw my service provider VIA router/moden. i think i need to contackt my provider for any suspicious activity. after i was reading my bf message and trying to figer out what the code was or so what he was talking about i ask can u prove it that u work there and for what u work for and i ask him cant microsoft not yust sent me a email what is wrong whit my pc or what i am sending them what kint of errors and when he ask if i can confirm it if it was the right code and i said il look but my bf keep shaking his head and wrote d

(i see not al my story when on that one but my last part was) wrote down its a scam don't confirm it so i said that time no to that man i fount it a bit suspicious already and when i said no i dont wana confirm it now and i dont wana look it up he said literally ****** u to me and yea some one from microsoft company is not cona say ****** u to a costumer so yea than i defiantly hang up i was like omg did he realy said that and my bf said yea its a scam and microsoft wil never call u like that they wil sent a email i ques im not sure either. but either way they dont ask u for conformations from a serial number because they already know it and they can sent a email i ques. o wel its yust suspisious and its a scamm
