00999907 (????? said they were Windows Support)

Had a call from this number today. Caller, who sounded Indian or similar, claimed to be from Windows Technical Support and wanted me to turn on my computer as there was a problem with it. I said I didn't believe he was genuine so gave gave me another number, 02032871339, claiming that also was Windows Support but that I wouldn't get a response if I called it as it was only used for them to ring out on.
This is a possible scam.
